Meet the leader of our team!

Powers-Kilburn & Associates, LLC, is a team of Registered Nurses and other medical professionals.  We have team members with backgrounds in every specialty, such as med-surg, therapy, administration, respiratory therapy, skilled nursing and long-term care, dementia / Alzheimer's, to name just a few!  We have served as consultants for both the plaintiff and defense, worked on mass tort / toxic tort / pharmacovigilance projects, as well as research support for professional liability cases.

Annette M Powers-Kilburn, RN, MAOM, Certified RN Trainer / DoDD Ohio, CEO

Annette Powers-Kilburn received her Registered Nurse degree from Kettering College of Medical Arts in Kettering, Ohio.  Her nursing career includes education and oversight of nurses, charge nurse experience and patient care in a variety of settings, clinical assessment of patients and care, precertifications for skilled nursing care through a variety of healthcare insurance plans, and currently works clinically with providers for Developmentally Disabled adults. 

Annette is a member of the National Alliance of Certified Legal Nurse Consultants (NACLNC) as well as the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants.  She also holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix / New Orleans and a Bachelors of General Studies (with an emphasis on Urban Studies and Environmental Interpretation) from the University of New Orleans.  Annette is a Certified RN Trainer through Ohio DoDD (Department of Developmental Disabilities).
